Officer sits in front of Queen of Martyrs’ Church pointing west, sometimes in front of a civillian vehicle parked behind (making the police car invisible to westbound traffic). The squadrol sits approximately 2 blocks east of Pulaski Ave on the west bound side of 95th St. like it is parked with no lights on after dark. Once you speed by, they have you. The speed limit is 30 mph.
