North Grand Avenue near Dirksen Parkway
Grandview (as well as Jerome and Leland Grove villages, also within Springfield) is policed well, and they will get you if you go a mile over the limit. Granted, there’s several residences on this stretch of road, they’ll sit at virtually ANY business bordering North Grand Avenue east. At 30mph, it takes forever to get through. And now that we’ve got the new primary seat belt enforcement law, their policy is "No Mercy."
