Cop said most people don’t see it drops from 40 to 30. I was going 41, but mandatory over 10 ticket as an “enforcement zone”, yeah right (8/18/16).

speed limit only 40 and when the corn is up state boys sit in an old driveway and pull people over left and right the one day there was 12 pull overs in 20 mins.
