SR63 & I74

The speed limit going North on SR 63 is 60MPH. As you approach the intersection of I74 there is a valley in the median where the local County Officers park. As you crest the hill the speed limit goes to 45MPH . This appears to be easy money for Vermilion County deputies since you noramlly can not react in time to reduce speed to 45MPH.
