Culver, Indiana Speed Traps

Cop sits behind bank sign and catches you of guard. Speed limit is 20 mph so do not attempt to speed by the grocery store.

On State Road 17 between Culver and Plymouth, you pass through a place with three houses called Burr Oak. On the west side of the road the road there is a church where there is always a cop sitting. The speed limit goes from to 55 to 45 about a quarter mile from Burr Oak, then goes down to 35 as get into it. It then goes back up to 45 and then 55 after the "town". The cop will get you for about 42 or over through town. And he’s almost always there!
