Driving 30 in a 30 motorcycle cop pulled me over, said I was doing 31, told him first ticket and I was 70, he went to check, came back said I was correct, also said the ticked was only $50.00

And the bald motorcycle cop rode out of sight..

When coming into and going out of Cumberland (far east side of Indy) during the morning hours, slow down when you see the 45 MPH sign. The speed limit drops 55-45-40 all within a very minimal distance, and sometimes there’s a Cumberland cop sitting almost parallel to the 40 MPH sign (with the minimum $85 speeding violation sign attached below it) on the other side of the road, behind the liquor store wall. He gets people going in and out, so be aware.
