The entirety of US 31 in Kokomo is one huge speed trap. Especially the stretch between Lincoln Rd. & Southway Rd. The speed limit is 45, but traffic moves at 50 in the slow lane. cops then stop you for keeping up at the speed of traffic. Especially true on friday nights.
