After Dunn Bridge 2 lanes heading east, main setting location is Park Hill Estates Entrance just before you reach State Hwy. Dept. area. Most stops are on Saturday and Sunday’s except for a few on the weekdays.

State trooper usually sets at the top of the hill going north out of Spencer from Hillside Ave. on the second curve.
