St. Paul, Indiana Speed Traps

Speed Limit is 30 but very few slow down. A child was killed by someone speeding through Saint Omer. Speed trap by Decatur County Sheriff Dept. at old St. Omer Schoolhouse in middle of town. Usually have 2 or 3 officers to keep up with influx of offenders.
