Trail Creek, Indiana Speed Traps

Anywhere in the town limits of Trail Creek, east of Michigan City, IN. There are Town Marshalls there with nothing else to do other than pick up people who are going 3 miles per hour or more over the speed limit. They mostly use marked cars but hide in difficult areas to be seen.
