Wolcott, Indiana Speed Traps

Watch your speeds coming into town either from the east or west. Curves in the road both places make it difficult to spot police waiting to nail you. Speeds are posted. Pay attention.

Rural curve along 24 about a mile east of Wolcott. The speed limit is 55 through this stretch but the curve has one of those small yellow signs marked 30. The curve is wide and easliy handled at 50. The local town cop sits there nearly every night and will write tickets for going as low as 40.
