Cop waits on top of 9th Street hill near Iowa on residential streets, and in apartments. Looks for speeders and people who don’t stop at the 9th street bypass from Iowa.

They like to wait right where you enter town. The speed limit changes from 70 to 65 as you curve around, and they will wait behind the curve.

Police will sit in the archway to the cemetary on 15th and gun down 15th. This area is between Haskell Ave. and Harvard.
