Florence, Kentucky Speed Traps

Police hide in the rear of this unused medical building lot. They hide on both the north and south side. This building is across from Emerson’s bakery. They are there nearly every day.

Police are frequently parked on the entrance ramp from KY-18 to northbound I-71/75 to monitor northbound traffic. They are parked far enough up on the ramp so that by the time that you see them, they already have your speed.

Police cars parked back on side streets and parking lots along Hopeful Church Road

Anywhere on Mall Rd. The speed limit is 35mph

Cops sit along parked cars on side of road to find speeders, people running stop signs, or making illegal turns onto or off of Shepard.
