Lebanon recently received a grant that is to be used for Police "overtime". It is being spent to enforce the 35mph speed limit coming off/out of a 45mph zone. No or little leeway for the transition. Most "speeders report they are going at less than 45mph and slowing down when stopped. All speed patrols are being done on "overtime" to use the grant funds while collecting "free money".
