Upton, Kentucky Speed Traps

Have witnessed on many occasions that Ky. DOT in conjunction with KSP use this overpass as a speed trap, usually on long holiday weekends. Normally 1 unit sits on overpass w/ a laser unit, while multiple chase units are positioned on either n/bound or s/bound entrance ramps. You have hills on the approach from both directions. This is typically a high-speed area.
