On one recent Sunday afternoon, there were no less than seven Caddo Parish Sherriff’s cars working a 10 mile stretch of Hwy 71 North of Shreveport. Saw numerous cars and m’cycles pulled over. They hide in the edges of fields of corn and other tall crops.
