Delhi, Louisiana Speed Traps

They sit out on interstate 20 practically all day in Dodge Durangos. Except maybe the middle of the day when its really hot. Anywhere 2-3 miles each side of Delhi exit. Also the city is BAD about traps as well.
They are quoted in the newspaper as "going to increase revenue from tickets by 2 to 3 times over the last administration".

30 MPH Sign near HWY 80 & 17 North intersection. Next sign (45 MPH), 1 mile north near city limits. Broad 4 lane road with very light traffic. Look for town police parked next to school on weekends. (just before 45 MPH limit sign then steps up to 55 about 100 yards further)
