Eros, Louisiana Speed Traps

Village of Eros uses automatic radar to fund their office.

They are set up and stopping people immediately when the sign changes from 55 to 40 going both directions. The got a new police car and new officer and they have been writing tickets as fast as they can stop people for over two weeks. I know one person that got a ticket for three miles over the 40 mile speed limit.

I guess thats how he makes his living, but if your over the posted 40, 4 or 5 mph ,you will get a ticket, most time the cop is easy to see ,flashing light bar& writing a ticket to another person,He s serious about his duty of ticket writing.

Various places throughout village to hide. Seams to like to sit in his own front yard and stop speeders.
