State Highway Hwy 1042 near State Hwy Barn
Cop sits in a driveway past the highway maintenance barn behind some thick bushes facing west. By the time you see him it is too late. The speed limit is 35mph and he starts stopping at 45mph,but if you break 50mph you are definitely getting a ticket. It is a young white guy that has been there a few years and doesn’t give much slack to anyone.
State Highway LA 43 North near Hospital
Location is old store across from Greensburg Seafood Market.Unit likes to sit beside the old gas pumps facing opposite of traffic but gets you with handheld radar.Speed drops from 50 to 25 just across the bridge before the hospital.Usually as long as you are slowing down you will not be bothered,but if you pass the hospital still going 40 or above you will be stopped and 90 percent of the time you will be written.They are not as lenient as they used to be.Have two new officers that don’t give much slack!
State Highway 1042 near Highway Barn
Cops sit in drive way of highway barn ans shoot hand held radar in both directions. Speed limit is 25 but they will not usually wite until you are over 45. They are there three are four times a week. Saturdays and Sundays are most often patrolled.
US Highway 10 near South Burton Street
Front and rear radar used for checking speed in both directions. Cops pull way off road to hide.
State Highway 43 south near curve
Uses both handheld and moving radar to catch you. Speed limit changes from 55, to 40, to 25 very quickly. Likes to sit in ditch where you can’t see very good until you are on top of him. Will usually let you go for anything under 40 in a 25. Anything over 40 is a ticket.
