US Highway 79 – 12 miles West of Shreveport
The area near I20 is hilly. A local patrolman gets right on your rear bumper so that his lights blind you in your outside mirrors and rear view mirror. If you do not have a working cruise control to regulate your speed while going up and down the hills while blinded and while you can not see your speedmeter, you are likely to exceed the 55mph speed limit. The patrolman stays on your bumper until you do exceed the speed limit. You will probably think it is some wild kid behind you and you will probably be trying to get out of his way.
