Livonia, Louisiana Speed Traps
Just East of Livonia, between Highway 1 Exit and Livonia
Cop sits in field (100 yards inward) north of the highway on a dirt road kinda by a tractor. After you pass he waits a little, then guns it and catches up with you by the time you are in Livonia. He have me a warning, but not so sure others are as lucky. On my way back home, I saw he had already pulled someone over using the same technique.

Before you get to the infamous Krotz Springs, here is another economy booster… drops from 55 to 45 with no posting until you SEE the 45 mph sign. Don’t be fooled by those passing you! AND THEY MEAN "45" NOT "50"! no 5 mph leeway in these parts! and don’t waste your breath trying to talk your way out of it ‘cos he ain’t listening! This is a high commute area to Baton Rouge and there is $$$ to be made!
