Officer has vehicle parked way out of sight in driveway off of highway. Officer is hiding out of sight with Lasar gun. Officers location near where speed limit changes. This Has all of the makings for a speed trap.

J.P.S.O. sit (hide) inbetween trees along the canal during evening rush hours and snag drivers almost daily. Seems to be a favorite site or "nap" area. Coffee ‘n donuts anyone ???
