Saint Rose, Louisiana Speed Traps

State Trooper sits on side of Airline Highway in front of Riverbend Business Park. And he stands outside of his car witht he radar gun. Because my office looks out on his "spot", I have watched him pull over 2-3 cars at a time. He shows NO MERCY.

Officers are hiding on Airline from the Airport north to Ormond Blvd. They are all over the 310 junction are. Speed limit reduces to 45 mile per hour in some of these areas. These are state troppers as well as St. Charles parish police. They are out of control.
