Summerfield, Louisiana Speed Traps

West-bound traffic on state highway 9 in a 55 mph zone will encounter a reduced speed ahead sign, then a school zone reduced speed ahead sign for the hours 7-9 AM and 2-4 PM, then a 45 mph speed sign then a short distance later a school zone 25 mph 7-9 AM and 2-4 PM sign. There is not supposed to be the 45 mph sign in-between the two school zone signs and the sign space is not in conformace with the DOT guide. East-bound signs are correctly posted.
