4 lane highway with turning lane. A few busineses here and there. 35 mph speed limit. Should be at least 45 mph speed limit.

Not being from the area, it is a sad way for zachary to earn income by changing speed limit on La Hwy 19 often.
Hwy. 19 usually across from Mobil station or same side.
There is a mobile speed trap set up on varying sides of Hwy. 19 at least every other week. Speed limit is 45. Just before you hit the 55, 65, 55, 45, 35 speed limit changes going into Zachary all within 4 miles.
In Front of Zachary High School on Church Street
Contractor Speed Trap Van is often parked in front of the High School at night. City only gets a percentage of this speed trap. Business in Arizona gets the rest. Mayor and City Council should be ashamed of themselves for the bringing in Speed Trap Vans and Speed Trap Trailers. At least keep the money in Zachary!!!
Old Baker Road
Speed van on Old Baker Road. If traveling from Baker into Zachary, the speed van will be on the left side of the road. It is parked in the yard by the road at a ZPD officer’s home.
