Linthicum, Maryland Speed Traps

I’ve seen police sit in the entrance to the maritime institute just south of the Nursery Road intersection. They also like to sit in the neighborhoods south of that, as well as the business complex across the road from it. Basically, watch your speed on Hammonds Ferry south of Nursery Road.

Police cars sit by the side of the road or on the parking lots in the area.

On occasion troopers/officers sit on I-195 East prior to Exit 1 running radar. The speed limit is 55 and many motorist are nabbed as they are speeding to the BWI Airport.
