The old St. Bartholomew Church on Park Ave.
Manchester PD will sit in the parking lot here. It’s unrealistic to maintain the 25 mph speed limit going down the hill and it’s impossible to see them in the parking lot while going uphill because they are hidden by trees.

Manchester and MD State police sit in the driveway into the skate park and use radar on vehicles that turn onto MD 27 from MD30 at the traffic light at the Sheetz station. The speed limit was 30 miles MPH increasing to 55 MPH until 2006. The speed limit was changed to 40 MPH until after Westminster Street where it is posted as 55 MPH.
