On St. Charles Parkway, right before the intersection with Billingsley Road. Cops sit in the median, hidden behind the trees, in the work zone, and aim for those driving towards Billingsley.

Usually State Police. They park out of the way with door/trunk open so that they cannot be seen until it is to late. They will NOT cut back the speed on the tickets
