Merrimac, Massachusetts Speed Traps

Between the Amesbury line and toward broad street. Speed limit sign hidden over hill. Trap on hidden side road at bottom of hill behind bushes.

Trooper is on dirt shoulder hidden on the right by bridge abutments before Broad st bridge and under said bridge.

One to two State cruisers and or Motorcycles sit under the Broad St. overpass

State Police regularly wait along the right side of the road, either backed into a cubby under the bridge before the exit, or at the exit, on the overpass, waiting to shoot down the onramp as you go by. Known to stop multiple cars on or around the holidays especially. They use more than one cruiser on these days. Police will step out into the road and flag you into the stopping area
