Sudbury, Massachusetts Speed Traps
Landham Road near Sudbury Automotive
Heading towards route 20, right before you get to the gas station theres a pull off on the right side of the road. There’s often an officer posted in this pull off facing in the direction of route 20, hiding their presence.
State Route 27 near Concord Road
One side of the street (Route 27) is 40MPH while the other side of the street has a hidden sign posted at 30MPH. The Speed Limit sign is hidden by bushes until directly in front of the sign and is posted too low to the ground to see over the bushes. It is impossible to see this sign unless you know about its existance and look for it. Also, the Speed Limit sign is posted underneath a bigger "Do Not Pass" sign which will naturally attract the attention instead of the speed limit sign. The cop harrassed me after pulling me over, threatening to take me to jail for going 3MPH over the limit, his radar reading was about 10MPH than my speedometer reading I got before I was pulled over. This is a good example of corruption.
Union Avenue near Methods Machine Tools

maynard rd ( rt27)
O the long stright away coming north towards maynard, you will not see the cop till you pass him but he is there tucked into the trees about halfway up the road on your right side. I have seen a number os suckers bagged here and just wanted to let you know to slow down to 35 m.p.h here. Your welcome
Raymond Rd & Union Ave & Concord Rd
The Sudbury Cops have nothing better to do than leave their RADAR guns on for radar detectors to pick up. They sit slouched in their patrol cars and wait for people to speed by. Especially in the morning on Raymond Rd & Union Ave, there are a ton of speed traps……if you have a radar detector, there’s no problem seeing that they always leave their radar guns on. Becareful going through town…they are very picky about speed and yellow/red lights!
