Alden, Michigan Speed Traps

Antrim County Sheriff’s cruiser parks with ligths off at night on shoulder of westbound Alden Road just east (which is north at that point) of where SE Torchlake Road splits off one mile north of the Village of Alden. Numerous acquaintances have been ticketed there for speeding or for failure to come to complete stop at stop sign (that should be a yield but for revenue raising requirements) where southbound SE Touchlake Road joins Alden Highway.
