Between 12 and 13 Mile Road there is a utility station on the East side near a bridge. In the utility station the police park there and they remain unseen till it is too late. They also have had a radar gun north of that particular area and another car is waiting to give the ticket.
13 mile road Street near woodward Avenue
this is a trap for all of the students going between 13 mile and evergreen to woodward avenue. by the time students get into their lunch hour at groves high school (10:30-12:15) there are many cops on the road looking to ticket fast looking cars and young student drivers shuttling their friends to lunch. Heavy patrol area. keep caution in this area. and keep the speed down below the speed limit of 45 mph (42 recommended)
Beverly Road near Woodward Avenue
About 1.5 miles of Beverly Road between Evergreen and Greenfield. Radars tucked all along the sub-division streets feeding into this township vein. Many stop signs where rolling-stops are frowned upon and where 10 over is written up for the full 10.
14 Mile Road near Cranbrook and Telegraph Roads
Anywhere on 14 Mile within Beverly Hills is a speed trap. 30 mile an hour limit on a flat well lit road is a revenue opportunity for the Village of Beverly Hills. Watch Out!
Evergreen Road near Plantation & Springleaf Road
The cop parks in the Cranbrook Swim Club (South of 13Mile, on Evergreen, left side). Again, drivers can barely see the cop, due to thick shrubs and trees.
