Speed limit on M46 doesn’t change to 55 until about one quarter t o one mile west of Breckenridge. Sheriff or local police sit ina disused parking lot . This area is not that developed, and in my opinion does not such a low speed limt. First fine 4-14-09 age 41 driving 24 years.
