Brownstown, Michigan Speed Traps

Noticed the Brownie Boys sitting in the median facing the north bound side of the Fort street connector from I-75 just before the Gibraltar road intersection. Great place to catch speeders who are probably still doing 65 or 70mph after coming off the interstate. The speed limit on that connector is 55mph.

When coming north down Relda, beware of the Brownie Boys who somtimes sit in the Hunter School parking lot running radar the full lenght of Relda. You won`t see him until it`s to late. Speed limit is 25mph. Seeing that it`s a residential area with a school, this is a good place to catch speeders.

Brownstown`s finest will sit behind the west corner of the Kroger shopping center where they have a clear view of traffic coming out of a side street called Relda. It`s right next to the N/B I-75 entrance ramp on W/B Gibraltar rd. When coming out on Gibraltar from Relda, you are not supposed to turn left.
Right turn only. You can`t see him and Bam!! He`s got ya.

Brownstown`s finest will sit in the firestation or baseball field parking lot waiting for unsuspecting victims to make a right turn on red from southbound
Allen rd. onto Gibraltar rd. The sign is posted but not easily visable.
