There is a divider wall and at the end of that Divider wall they sit there and depending on which way they are facing they can get either north or south bound traffic

The Police Vehicle sits on a street intersecting sunset just after the bridge over the Flint River approaching the intersection of Chevrolet and University Ave. Either this or a dirt driveway opposing the street from the other side. Speed limit is 25mph.
