Fraser on a Cycle sits behind vans parked on west side of Kelly and checks you as you pass, then it is too late.

On Garfield south of 14 Mile. The city of Fraser has many speed traps. The have hired lady police officers strickly to write tickets. No other reason. When they try to do other things, they are told to go out and give tickets, that is what they are hired for.
