The state police are hiding next to shrubbery in the opening in the median, so you don’t see them until you have passed them up. If you are from out of state and going a little too fast, guarantee getting pulled over.

When traveling North on i-75 just before Gaylord there is a rest area. Once you see the sign telling you the rest area is one mile ahead SLOW DOWN, there is a slight curve to the right and there is almost always a state boy sitting in the turn around just past that sign.
