Monroe County Sherrif sits on Rauch Rd. Facing west about 200 yards west of Douglas Rd. The speed limit is 45 mph and they will get you for anything over that. Now that the road is in great condition it is very easy to go faster then 45.

Lewis Avenue near Ida Township Hall

A police officer sits at the back of the Township hall parking lot with a radar. The officer radios ahead to another officer sitting on the side of the gas station about 1/4 mile up the road (and vice versa). The speed limit is 25mph, and I’ve been pulled over for 28mph.
