they are consistently ( 6 years i’ve been around) patrolling, it is residential, a dirt road, and a 25 mile an hour speed limit. Across from Great Lakes Crossing.

uNIT SITS ON BIKE PATH HIDEN BY HILLY LANDSCAPE FACEING n. They will always pick out the cars that are in poor shape (HOOPTIES). Baldwin is a five lane road with very light traffic & few houses but the speed limit is 45mph. Some officers are known to write 13 to 18 tickets per shiFort very small city w/population of about 150 near popular mall Great Lakes Crossings.
