This is a residential street that most drivers are using as a cut-through between Heydenreich Rd. and Card Rd. and to other subdivisions. The sheriff is writing drivers up because speeds on this street are exceeding 40mph, when the posted speed for all residential streets is 25mph! The sheriff is out at various times of the day. Summerfield Dr. is about a mile long and there is 1 stop sign about halfway. It is very easy to go over 40mph if you are not watching your speedometer.
Merrill Street near State Highway M-59
Merill road is 35mph speed limit, need to get to 45mph minimum on merrill to be legal on M-59, but you exceed the speed of 35mph on merill road to merge into M-59. Then busted.
