Northville, Michigan Speed Traps

On Bradner Street south of 6 mile, travelling south towards 5 Mile, an officer sits EVERY MORNING on the shoulder, and radars cars. The speed limit there is 25, but it is a wide road and is easy to go, say, 46 in a 25….So be on the lookout for them, the cop that pulled me over says he is there every morning.

On 8 mile rd heading west. Past novi rd and past center street. A Northville p.d(Silver cars) will sit in a school parking lot on the northwest corner or on the hill late at night. This spot is very active after dark and the speed limit must be obeyed or they will definately pull you over.Also watch coming eastbound on 8 towards center, a patrol car will sit in the shadows as you crest over the hill just past the old high school bridge,usually on the right hand side. I have many experiences with these guys, and it isnt fun.

From 8 mile turning south onto Beck, the speed changes from 45 to 35 as you are going downhill, then back up to 45 after the hill. The cop sits at the bottom of the hill waiting for cars speeding down the hill.

Patrol Car sits behind trees in circle drive of Swan Harbor appartments.At the time school is starting at Silver Springs School.

South of 8 mile- a patrol car sits on Novi St. and waits for his next victim.
