This is a service road entrance to the shopping mall. The cop sits in the parking lot behind a row of trees across from Bally Total Fitness. He is there more often in mornings hours.

The police are on the M5 (the part that conects to I275 and I696) about 300 yards before the 70mph speed limit sign. I used to see them fairly often there last half of junefirst half of july around 1am
