Novi, Michigan Speed Traps

Heslip is a long-strait industrial drive north of 9 mile just east of Novi road. Cops like to setup shop in the parking lot across the street from the Fife building. Two large buildings block them from being spotted so they can nab people going over 25mph coming in or out of the drive like shooting ducks in a pond!

I spotted a State Trooper parked in the lot between Wendys & Big Boy south/east of the i-96 interchange. He was sitting back there waiting for someone to run the light heading into the shopping complex where there are 2 lanes turning leFort

The speed limit is 30 mph and if you go over you will be stopped. I always see about two police cars and they are always pulling people over. Not sure where they sit because every time I see them they are pulling someone over.

Speed limit is 40mph going Northbound and Southbond West Parkway. When coming North or Southbound West Parkway both ways are downhill to the West Rd intersection, they sit on the Northeast side of West Rd. Not only Novi law enforcement is there but Walled Lake as well. Also, certain times of the year, they will at least 5-8 partol cars there waiting.

Posted speed is 40mph on West Parkway Dr. The sit on the South West side of Humboldt Dr.(which leads into an industrail row area). They will catch speeders coming down the overpass of the railraod track going Southbound on West Parkway. Also increasing your speed heading Northbound on West Parkway Dr to get up over the overpass will get you a ticket too.
