33 mile west of lowe plank road (dirt road non posted) going east bound cross over lowe plank (now changed to paved)there will be a cop to the leFort and a sign that now indicates a 35 zone. there are no signs that tell you to reduce speed ahead or that you have now entered the city of richmond

There is a car wash right across the street of the high school, and they love to sit in one of the car wash stalls and watch there radar. The speed limit there go’s down from 55, to 25, and 15 when school is in, or letting out.
