State Patrol shoots laser from BEHIND on the Vining Road overpass at I-94 eastbound traffic…Local Wayne Co. Sheriff coordinates stop with second patrol car. Sneaky- Vining Road overpass shot is not visible from I-94 eastbound until too late! Look out!
