Southbound M-53 drivers be careful when you approach the area of the 18 Mile Rd. roundabout. Posted speed drops from 70 MPH to 45 MPH when you get to the top of the overpass. The cops sit in the driveway between Fuddruckers and Discount Tire & will nail you. Usually I roll through there around 3:30 PM, and noticed several cop cars working together in this area. Can’t really blame them too much though, because most people fly right by me when I slow down to posted speed. I will see them getting pulled over a few minutes later. I have also seen cops sitting Behind Fuddruckers around midnight clocking cars coming southbound on M-53. No way will you ever see them there!

car sits on the west bound side of metro parkway, just west of schoenherr, in the parking lot of the condos just west of plum brook golf course. The cars checks speed and seatbelt usage.

Unmarked car sits down side street on West bound 16 mile on the north side East of Dodge Park.

18 1/2 Mile Between Mound and Van Dyke. Speed limit is 45 mph, but MANY people go 10 or more mph above the limit. Police are usually in parking lots or entrances to parking lots with radar going!
