There’s a one-mile stretch of Red Arrow Highway between the "Fireplace Store" and "Lakeshore Lanes Bowling Alley" where the cops love to enforce their 45 mph speed limit. They cut absolutely no slack! There’s an I-94 exit & stop light at roughly the half-way point on this stretch, and the cops know that people getting off the freeway are likely to gun it past 45 because they’ve been used to running 70 plus for hours.
