Fort Street near West Street
All along the Fort Street route in both directions, speed limits are highly enforced. When one police car arrives they always call for backup. Be polite and truthful. You will still get ticket but they wont throw the entire book at you.

West Jefferson (east side), between King Rd. & Sibley Rd.
Marked cars park next to old steel plant fence behind trees and shrubs on east side of divided road. The hiding spot is after a bend in the road which makes the car nearly invisible to motorists heading North on W. Jefferson. Speed limit is 35 mph. Under 40 mph seems to be OK. They seem to prefer "rush hour" times, but have been seen at other times as well.
