Washtenaw, Michigan Speed Traps

Targets 5am commuter traffic in farm country.Main focus in 1/4 mile,30mph zone near lake. Also can extend 10 miles E. and W. on the 55mph stretch of open country road with very little, but constant morning traffic. I see no real safety issues while driving alone on open road so they must be after the commuters money from the next county.

I-94 East and Westbound from Pierce Rd (Chelsea to Ann Arbor) to Maple Rd-patrolled more heavily during rush hours. State police will be in medians in cars or SUV’s. There is usually more than one. As you pass one and think you are a safe another is just ahead.
