One Washtenaw Sherrif sits on Grove Road overpass behind sign on bridge and uses lidar to shoot eastbound I-94 traffic approaching from Huron street. He then radios to second Washtenaw Sherrif vehicle parked along side of eastbound I-94 before Michigan Ave exit.

Rawsonville Rd. Between Huron River Drive and Grove Rd.
Rawsonville Rd. North Bound Between Huron River Drive and Grove Rd. speed limit is 50 MPH up to the foot of the hill just below Grove Rd. Intersection. Van Buren Police hide in a private Driveway on the east side of Rawsonville at the bottom of the hill. Most people just coast from 50 MPH as they come up to the 40 mph sign to let the hill incline bring their speed down to 40mph. From the base of the hill if you go past the 40 MPH sign 10 ft. and you are at 44 MPH or more they have you on radar and ticket issued. I watch them run this trap sometimes with a second car at the top of the hill staged in the abandoned gas station so the lower radar car can stay in place.
